About The Position

Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Manager where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in a family-owned collections company located in downtown Louisville. You will manage a team of 40 employees split between administrative associates and the collections department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in office management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in training and coaching employees.

  • Experience working in a company with a heavy client focus.
  • Previous experience supervising teams.
  • Ability to handle coaching and training tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support and customer service.
  • Train, coach, and give feedback to employees to enhance their performance.
  • Support the collections customer service team.
