Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our COO Administration team in the role of Intern. This position is Monday – Friday, 8 hours per week, onsite in Downtown Indianapolis, IN. This internship will take from mid-May thru the end of July. Students currently pursuing degrees in healthcare‑related fields are encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas.
  • Attends meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects.
  • Provides operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks.
  • Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Completes additional tasks, including but not limited to: data collection (coordinate and direct), managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.
