About The Position

Minimum Education: Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or higher-level degree program and have completed at least one semester of classes. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required, exceptions may be made based on qualifications and experience. Preferred Skills: Looking up provider contracts and documenting rates for each provider type Tracking claims dollars and utlization Working with the team to analyze providers and determine special rates Analyzing data for mean/median/mode to determine if we need to adjust rates Functional Accountabilities Communications Work and communicate with internal and external customers and staff to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner Express information to individuals or groups effectively , whether verbal or written in a clear , convincing and organized manner . Gain experience with Health Plan Operational functions.
