About The Position

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role combining bookkeeping and customer service. You will: Keep our books clean and accurate (QuickBooks + job costing) Manage AP/AR, invoicing, and collections Maintain organized, audit-ready job files Answer calls and communicate with customers during active projects Schedule work and coordinate with field teams Help keep the entire operation moving forward What Success Looks Like No surprises in the books at month-end Jobs are organized and moving forward Customers feel informed and taken care of Problems get solved without being escalated Who This Role Is For You have 5–15+ years of bookkeeping or administrative experience You know QuickBooks and understand debits/credits You are organized, detail-oriented, and accountable You communicate clearly—especially with stressed customers You take ownership instead of waiting for direction Bonus if you have: Restoration, construction, or insurance experience Xactimate or job costing experience Who This Role Is NOT For If you want a low-pressure, low-accountability job If you struggle with organization or follow-through If you prefer being told what to do instead of owning outcomes Why This Role Matters You will sit at the center of the business. Requirements
