About The Position

The Administrative Clerk performs a variety of clerical, record keeping, data entry and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. In addition, the Administrative Clerk performs diverse clerical, technical, and administrative tasks that require knowledge of office procedures and computer skills.

Requirements

  • No specialized skills or certifications required.
  • Must have computer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Processing presumptive eligibility, indexing, performing frontline clerical support such as answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning and electronic faxing.
  • Duties also include processing provider documentation and communicating with providers via email and phone, .and other duties as assigned.
  • Training will be provided on specialty software and data systems.
