Administrative Customer Service Coordinator – Federal Client SUMMARY The Concourse Group is looking for an Administrative Customer Service Coordinator to support a federal client with a host of administrative, clerical and customer service functions. This position will be offered as either; Full-Time: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. AND 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 2 Part-Time Positions: Two persons to each cover half of the above-mentioned blocks. This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office products, an understanding of Air Force office automation standards and AFFIRST, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and high standards for customer service and work quality. While training on specific tasks will be provided, the ideal candidate will have exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills, a desire to support and help others, and won’t be afraid to ask questions. This position also requires a high level of multi-tasking, time management skills and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will also live within the North Las Vegas area within close proximity to Nellis AFB or live on base.
