KBR is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support student management/accountability operations at SWESC/Naval Station Great Lakes. This is a full-time, onsite role with shifts available from 4:30am-1:30pm OR 1pm-9pm. This position provides administrative and program support in a professional office environment. The role focuses on coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate student accountability for continuous training improvement and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with civilian, government-contract, and active-duty personnel to support communication, scheduling, and administrative processes for student management and training activities. This position provides administrative and clerical support only and does not include decision-making authority, supervisory responsibility, or independent judgment on policy, disciplinary, or operational matters.
