Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative or office experience
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Professional, reliable, and solution-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage caregiver schedules and handle daily changes
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and HR paperwork
  • Maintain accurate client and compliance records
  • Assist with billing and office operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for calls and questions
  • Support leadership and keep everything running smoothly
