About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator supports the Community Supports division by auditing and validating member and caregiver data across multiple systems in preparation for a system migration. This role ensures data accuracy and consistency in DCI, WellSky, and Salesforce. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and may occasionally contact members or caregivers to confirm information. Success in this role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously. This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week. Please note that this is a temporary position.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management with ability to handle a high volume of tasks
  • Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving and issue identification
  • Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data-focused roles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
  • Reliable internet connection required for remote work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, DCI, or WellSky preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of member and caregiver data in DCI, WellSky, and Salesforce
  • Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or missing fields to appropriate teams
  • Assist with clean-up and data validation efforts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Perform limited outreach to members or caregivers as needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all audit activities
  • Adhere to privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance standards
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to data clean-up
