Responsibilities

  • Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly service.
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls professionally.
  • Support the Customer Service Center by providing break and lunch coverage as needed.
  • Receive and appropriately resolve customer complaints, escalating to the Store Director when necessary.
  • Complete all phases of the reconciliation process; perform bookkeeping duties including preparing and proofing daily deposits and balancing accounts receivable.
  • Monitor cashier accountability; research shortages or issues and report findings to the Service Operations Manager and Store Director.
  • Partner with Division Loss Prevention and front‑end management to resolve cash‑related and shrink issues.
  • Maintain sales books; report daily and/or weekly sales information to the Store Support Center.
  • Review internal and external applications; conduct screening interviews and coordinate department‑manager interviews.
  • Administer the Job Posting Program and manage pre‑employment drug testing and tax credit processes.
  • Complete the full new‑hire process, coordinate training, and conduct orientation and other training sessions.
  • Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the hiring process, including: Electronic application and hiring systems In‑store and external recruiting events Maintenance of recruiting materials, applications, and policy documents Record retention of interview and hiring documentation
  • Serve as liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
  • Address payroll and benefit administration issues and support Store Director and HR representatives with personnel matters.
  • Submit and process payroll timely; maintain Time & Attendance reports, correction forms, schedules, and personnel records in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate and track leave of absence paperwork, reinstatements, terminations, and personnel status changes.
  • Maintain secure, accurate employee HR records and ensure medical files are stored separately from personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with records‑retention policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all minor employees are scheduled and working in compliance with state laws.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all required confidentiality standards.
  • Report schedule violations promptly to the Store Director and appropriate department leader.
  • Order and assign uniforms, name badges, and office supplies.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, the Administrative Coordinator email inbox, and all office filing systems.
  • Update breakroom HR communication boards, postings, and legally required compliance notices.
  • Coordinate recognition programs and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
  • Support the front end by assisting with cash management issues as needed.
  • Perform all job duties with honesty, integrity, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other necessary and required duties as assigned.
