KI is searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Operations/Pallas Textiles Team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI! Pallas is KI’s textile division that offers a range of upholsteries, vertical/panel fabrics, privacy curtains and more!

Requirements

  • Administrative professional associate’s degree or a degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assist the Pallas Vice President, Sales Operations Manager and Pallas Operations team in daily functions for the Pallas brand.
  • Support new product development, sales and operations duties.
  • Update and maintain department documents
  • Work on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Update and maintain Pallas part numbers
  • Manage Pallas web portal to include facilitating and maintaining updates and changes with marketing and the communications department.
  • Database management which includes updating and maintaining large order projects in CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide back-up support for the Order Entry team during peak sales periods and vacations.
