Requirements

  • 2+ years in administrative or operations work
  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Confident making independent decisions
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Calm, professional, and dependable
  • You don’t react to problems — you prevent them.

Nice To Haves

  • In-home care or healthcare experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules with accuracy and urgency
  • Manage hiring steps and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain clean, compliant client records
  • Support payroll, billing, and daily office flow
  • Serve as the main communication hub for caregivers, clients, and families
  • Catch issues early and solve them quickly
