About The Position

The Administrative Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the physicians and management. Creates and manages physician call schedules and calendars. Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in the ambulatory environment OR 5 years equivalent experience for complex coordination of multiple schedules, multiple resources, between multiple teams, etc.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework/Training: University or business school studies.
  • Project support experience.
