About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the organization, with added responsibility for Human Resources and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role serves as a key point of coordination for office operations, employee administration, and billing support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily workflows. Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience with exposure to HR and AR functions
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Dependable, punctual, helpful, detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communication skills and proper etiquette (written, phone, in-person)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass an MVR, Background Check and Drug Test

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in administration preferred
  • Paylocity experience preferred
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Skilled in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate performance reviews
  • Assist with recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, Checkr)
  • Accounts receivable full cycle experience, including collections.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts (general ledger, classification of accounts, journal entries)
  • Input new invoices and payments as received
  • Perform month end billing reconciliation
  • Tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
