  • Coordinate caregiver schedules & shift changes
  • Support hiring, onboarding & HR tasks
  • Maintain client, HR & compliance records
  • Assist with billing support & office supplies
  • Manage social media updates & engagement
  • Communicate with staff, clients & vendors
  • Provide daily support to leadership
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare a plus!)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; 50+ WPM a bonus
  • High school diploma (degree preferred)
  • Positive attitude + love for helping people
