SUMMARY: Under general supervision performs a variety of secretarial, receptionist and support duties. Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and maintaining the calendar heads of one or more designated departments, prepares correspondence and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the department. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This job has no supervisory responsibility.
