About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in high-volume data entry, utilize Excel for various project support tasks, and assist with administrative duties across dispatch, logistics, and finance. This role also involves supporting system or process updates and handling documentation and internal requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in data entry and Excel, with skills in sorting, filtering, formulas, and data management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Soft-Pak or similar systems is a plus.
  • Prior administrative or operations support experience preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for reporting, tracking, and project support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch, logistics, and finance.
  • Support project-based initiatives, including system or process updates.
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and internal requests across departments.
  • Potential involvement in payroll support and basic finance-related tasks.
