About The Position

At the Louisiana State Police Training Academy Cafeteria, our mission is to provide nutritious, high-quality meals to the public, Department of Public Safety employees, Troopers, and Cadets. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting healthy eating habits that support the demanding work of law enforcement. Our dedicated team is committed to excellence in service and sustainability, ensuring every meal reflects our values of respect and integrity. We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to manage meal service operations, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and processing transactions. This role serves as the primary liaison for cafeteria operations, coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and customer agencies while assisting the Administrative Program Manager with calendar management and compliance review.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage meal service operations
  • Ensure accurate financial reconciliation and processing transactions
