Requirements

  • 2+ years in admin or office operations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident in making independent decisions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Calm, professional, and solution-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or in-home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage caregiver schedules in real time
  • Lead hiring and onboarding paperwork
  • Keep client records accurate and compliant
  • Support payroll, billing, and daily office operations
  • Be the main communication hub for staff and families
  • Spot issues before they become problems
