About The Position

Clear Pest Pros, a BELFOR Franchise Group brand, is seeking a proactive Administrative & Support Coordinator to provide cross-regional support for our Michigan and Florida operations. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-office presence in the Ann Arbor area. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and can balance administrative precision with customer support and marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for invoicing, accounts receivable, and recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple states
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer and administrative support for Michigan operations
  • Handle outbound communications, accounts receivable, and back-office support for Florida operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for leadership teams in both Michigan and Florida
  • Participate in rotating on-call and emergency phone coverage with team members in Florida
  • Provide occasional weekend coverage as needed
  • Support new franchise owners with onboarding tasks and general administrative guidance
  • Monitor local community events, shows, and grassroots advertising opportunities in Michigan
  • Coordinate with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives
