About The Position

Provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership. Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. Manages work with limited guidance and direction. Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
  • Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
