About The Position

Campers Inn RV is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for its RV Buying Department. This role involves coordinating administrative activities related to RV purchases, tracking purchase statuses, and assisting with unit title work. The position is fully in-office at the Corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Organization and process management skills
  • Computer, Microsoft Office, and Adobe product proficiency
  • Knowledgeable regarding recreational vehicles and travel trailers
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capabilities to be flexible and work with people
  • Detail oriented ability to follow the detailed process of a purchase or sale
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company systems software such as Motility Systems2k as well as other applicable software

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year administrative experience
  • Auto or RV title work experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central resource for all administrative processes and communication to both internal departments and customers for the RV Buying Department purchases
  • Assist with the logging of inventory
  • Communicate with customers regarding the sale of their RV
  • Perform any other department duties that may be needed
