About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Administrative Manager. In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties: + Provide administrative support to departments and programs within the Division of Student Affairs. + Run and distribute regular reports and conduct follow up with several parties to ensure completion of tasks and assignments as well as timeline and deadline adherence. + Assist with maintaining multiple confidential databases, records, files, and lists on students and personnel. + Draft correspondences on sensitive and confidential matters. + Assist with the coordination of departmental hiring needs and payroll functions. + Coordinate departmental accounts payable and purchasing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
