Administrative Coordinator - Volunteer Services
About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Director of Volunteer Services, supports the Mission and Vision of Saint John's Health Center. This is achieved in their daily responsibilities of providing clerical, administrative and volunteer support. Acts as a resource for volunteers, assists with volunteer clearances and supervision, responds to inquiries from the public and volunteer requests from staff, coordinates the Paula Kent Meehan Pawsitive Pet Program and No One Dies Alone program. Requirements
- One (1) year General office experience
- Previous experience working with dogs (i.e. handling, training and/or caring for dogs)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- Associate's Degree
- One (1) year Previous experience in a hospital setting
