About The Position

Barnes- Jewish Hospital is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support several leaders within the Peri-operative leadership team. Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, completing special projects and email management. Must have excellent time management and communication skills. Monday-Friday, on-site position. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years

Responsibilities

  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
