The Administrative Coordinator, Operations will provide administrative and operational support to the Strategy & Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of contract routing, vendor management, and compliance processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What will you do? Contract & Document Management Route contracts for internal and external signatures via ContractSafe, DocuSign Track contract status and follow up with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders as needed. Maintain a centralized repository of executed agreements. Vendor Management & Security Reviews Coordinate and Retrieve documentation from vendors for Security, Privacy, and Legal review (e.g., SOC2, ISO, Privacy Policies, DPAs). Ensure vendors complete Security and Legal Review forms accurately before routing. Assist with New Vendor Requests (NVR) in systems like Jira, Graphite, or Oracle. Track progress of vendor onboarding through approval workflows and update status sheets. Assist in various audits for contract management Administrative & Operational Support Manage and digitize incoming mail, maintaining organized records and routing materials to Legal and Accounting as needed Plans, organizes, and communicates the weekly office lunch schedule for onsite employees Handles all Amazon orders related to the company’s new hire work-from-home equipment policy Maintaining process and procedure for cross-functional communication and procurement between teams What will you NOT do?
