The Administrative/Contract Coordinator will: Be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for all grant/contract related activities. Coordinate all administrative aspects of contracts, to include preparation, review, renewal, and modification. Collaborate with different departments to gather all necessary information for contracts. Oversee the execution and administration of all contracts while, maintaining a database of all contracts, including tracking their status and ensuring they are updated and compliant. Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets. Be responsible for tracking grant awards and related reporting. Review grant agreements for compliance with grant requirements, coordinate the submission of grant applications, and prepare grant award documents. Resolve any existing contract conflicts with vendors or partners. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and 5-7 years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services
  • Have excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs
  • Have a strong knowledge of federal grant requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administrative services, public administration or business management
