About The Position

The Administrative & Content Assistant will support a mix of operational and content-related tasks that keep daily priorities moving. This role focuses on assisting with product description copywriting, quality-checking content and website pages, and helping coordinate administrative responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality output and clear organization.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role.
  • Strong written English skills, including the ability to draft and polish product-focused copy.
  • Experience performing quality checks on written content and/or website pages with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, including task tracking and managing multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Commitment and eagerness to keep learning in an international, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administrative coordination and task execution across priorities.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing product descriptions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Quality-check written pieces and website pages to confirm formatting, completeness, and overall presentation.
  • Maintain organized tracking of requests, deliverables, and status updates to ensure timely follow-through.
  • Handle additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned to support execution and continuity.
