About The Position

As an Assistant Content Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through engaging digital content. This role supports content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms and works closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure everything we publish is polished, on-brand, and impactful.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or a similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• A passion for digital content and storytelling
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Creativity paired with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of fishing fundamentals, gear, and rigging is a plus
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms
• Organize and prepare product samples for content shoots
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing partners to ensure brand consistency
• Support content calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
• Organize, archive, and manage final content assets for distribution
• Help brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives
