This role of Administrative Client Coordinator is considered an essential position within the organization. The Administrative Client Coordinator reports to the Director of Administration and is responsible for supporting the Administration Department in all aspects of administrative tasks associated with managing IPAs and Fiscal Intermediary clients including planning, scheduling and preparation for numerous meetings, facilitating communication between client groups and AMM Management, providing customer service as needed, and interfacing with AMM departments to satisfy the operational needs of the client and troubleshoot reported problems. This individual is also responsible for maintaining the organization and integrity of AMM Administration department files and universal classification of vital records. This is not a routine position as it requires energy, enthusiasm, and the desire to give 5-star quality service. The right candidate should have confidence in their abilities as a problem solver and have the poise to execute solutions in a timely fashion. Good time-management skills are essential.
