About The Position

Provides general administrative support for the company’s administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in an administrative support role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. (specifically, word & excel)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Requires a General Occupational License. (provided by company)
  • Requires a Slot General Combo License.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules, coordinates, and completes all administrative work to ensure efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Composes multiple types of correspondence, memorandums, e-mails, reports, and miscellaneous documents using MS Office products.
  • Receives and distributes incoming mail, invoices, bills, contracts, etc.
  • Prepare check log before distributing checks received for deposit.
  • Manage, file, and catalogue contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Interfaces with all applicable operational and support departmental staff as well as outside agencies and vendors, in a courteous, appropriate manner.
  • Provide administrative support to Finance, including copying and scanning duties.
  • Assist accounts payables department with verifying document information before creating/updating vendor profiles.
