About The Position

The Administrative Clerk supports all admin processes and procedures. Will operate the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) terminal for inquiries regarding background checks for visitors, vehicle information, and driver’s license information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
  • Must have 2+ years data entry and 3+ years’ experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary monitor/operator for the Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) and all emergency and security communications for MDA facilities.
  • Coordinate emergency responses for security, medical, fire, and crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to responding personnel.
  • Dispatch all available EACS personnel to alarm or emergency areas to determine the cause of incidents and maintain real-time visibility of all on-duty personnel.
  • Provide direction and guidance to officers responding to alarms, emergencies, or unusual situations.
  • Assist medical, fire department, law enforcement, and other agencies as directed by supervisors.
  • Respond to emergencies and administer CPR, AED, and First Aid when required.
  • Develop and maintain attendance rosters and prepare after-action reports for special events or incidents.
  • Monitor the Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Proximity Access System, and CCTV Surveillance System, ensuring continuous situational awareness.
  • Relay information by landline or radio to the security team, providing clear and accurate updates on security, medical, fire, or disaster conditions.
  • Enter data into an operational log on an hourly basis, maintaining accurate and up‑to-date records.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all established SOPs, post orders, and client requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support security operations.
