Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technical or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and seating requests, and expense report processing.
  • Serve as a trusted and transparent business partner, effectively establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) and act swiftly with resourcefulness to problem-solve and prioritize under pressure.
  • Drive operational efficiency and responsiveness by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies, while maintaining complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Exhibit written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a range of individuals and job functions, and exhibit the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, leveraging them to enhance work efficiency.
