Administrative Business Associate - Nursing Administration - Full Time Days In this role, the Administrative Business Associate provides administrative and project coordination support to multiple leaders, driving efficiency across day‑to‑day nursing operations. By managing priorities, screening information, and anticipating needs, you’ll ensure leaders are equipped to make timely, informed decisions. You’ll bring an understanding of hospital and department goals, along with a proactive mindset and comfort using new and emerging technologies to improve processes and workflows. This is a full-time position located at Gracie Square Hospital. The hours are from 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferably supporting one or more leader(s)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and establish strong working relationship
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of business applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated project management experience (e.g. managing project timeline, preparing agendas, following up with stakeholders)

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, meetings, conferences, and appointments to optimize leaders’ time
  • Coordinating department‑specific projects, including agendas, plans, and follow‑ups
  • Supporting meetings and special events by capturing notes and distributing summaries
  • Preparing communications, reports, and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Leveraging technology to streamline administrative and clerical tasks, including document management
