You will be responsible for assuring compliance with the division's and branch's budget. Holders of the Administrative Branch Manager position will complete tasks such as: Analyze branch operations and recommend policy and procedural changes to increase operating efficiently. Compile reports as needed and oversee the maintenance of all branch operating records and reports. Conduct and manage all procurement activities for the division. Prepare and deliver oral and written communications to the general public, attorneys, legislators, local, state and federal government officials on all activities of branch operations as requested. Handle and oversee development of federal grant applications and budgets. Manage travel authorizations and training arrangements. Desired candidates possess the following requisite skills or experience applicable to the position: Experience with eMARS. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel. Experience with KY Model Procurement. Experience with Grant Solutions. Previous managerial experience. Additional position information: Incumbents working in this job title primarily perform duties in an office setting. Minimal travel to field offices, trainings, and conferences may be required.
