This role develops standardized processes, tracks program outcomes and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and funding priorities. Holders of the Administrative Branch Manager position will complete tasks such as: Oversee the supervision and implementation of all staff and programs within the Division of Water's Program Planning and Support Branch to ensure economical and efficient operations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency across programs Oversee program performance tracking and reporting, including dashboards and briefings for leadership Manage and support federal and state funding tracking, including IIJA-related programs, to ensure compliance and accountability Provide oversight for process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Desired candidates possess the following requisite skills or experience applicable to the position: Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage teams, set priorities, and drive results Experience in program or project management, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Financial and grant management experience, especially with federal funding programs Extensive experience with eMARS and a strong understanding of state procurement policies and procedures, including contracting, purchasing, and financial tracking requirements Proficiency in tools and systems such as data dashboards, reporting software, and project management platforms EEC provides opportunities for development and upward movement.
