The Administrative Assistant of East Mountain School (EMS) manages and coordinates all school office operations. Establish and maintain professional quality contacts with both internal and external customers. Manage and coordinate key office procedures such as meetings, correspondence, keeping accurate and up-to-date enrollment information, assists in maintaining the school's data bases, monthly tuition billing, and maintaining pupil and staff records in an orderly and confidential manner. Assist the Director/Principal and school administrators by coordinating all secretarial and clerical tasks required to support the various facets of the East Mountain School. Incorporates the organization's Mission, Values, and Service Standard Behavior guidelines in the fulfillment of all duties and responsibilities.
