About The Position

This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Whole Child Health Section. Responsibilities include phone coverage, filing, document preparation, maintaining program records and databases, processing travel and invoices, ordering and distributing materials, and assisting staff with contracts and other program documentation. The position supports daily operations by ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing of assigned tasks, and effective coordination with team members and internal and external partners. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Management prefers candidates with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience within a state government setting.
