  • Prior administrative, coordinator, or scheduling experience

  • Familiarity with corporate tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic, high‑visibility calendar for a senior leader
  • Coordinate meetings with partners across the organization, including executive‑level participants
  • Learn how Vanguard works—and quickly figure out who’s who , what matters most, and how to get things done
  • Serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for leaders and team members across the crew
  • Build strong relationships and communicate with confidence and discretion
  • Help surface themes, feedback, and insights you hear across the organization in a thoughtful, professional way
  • Grow your responsibilities and impact as trust and confidence build
