About The Position

Our Client in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support their Executives and Administrative Department. This is a DIRECT HIRE position and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys variety, embraces technology (including AI), and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Experienced using AI-powered productivity tools
  • Comfortable with IT basics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, dependable, and adaptable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Inventory management experience and basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support by managing calendars, email communications and meetings
  • Assist with IT tasks including basic troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and Microsoft Teams support
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Provide basic IT support by setting up employee workstations, performing initial troubleshooting, and resolving routine technical issues
  • Manage office inventory and order supplies
  • Support accounting functions including invoice processing, expenses, and spreadsheets management
  • Provide phone coverage and act as a point of contact for staff and visitors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Run occasional personal errands for executives
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to enhance processes and drive tech-forward improvements
