The position is for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Chief Operating Officer and be part of the Administrative team at Conemaugh Miners. Supports Human Resources and Quality as needed. Provides secretarial, clerical and receptionist skills as needed. Assists Leadership in maintaining personnel files. Acts as the receptionist in the Administrative Office answering the telephone, greeting personnel/visitors/applicants, and following through on any necessary correspondence. Assists Quality Manager with several reporting systems and recording meeting minutes.
