As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team by supporting NOAA's CO-OPS Field Operations Division Pacific Operations Branch. General duties for administrative support include managing office operations and procedures, documenting Division and Branch activities, assisting with technical projects on a periodic or interim basis, and working closely with management and technical staff to ensure that administrative needs are met in a timely manner and in accordance with organization policies and procedures. The candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. The person should also be able to review multiple office calendars and develop an administrative task calendar to meet deadlines and support other office personnel.
