The Administrative Assistant will office out of our Bethany Beach location and support 5 communities. Daily responsibilities: Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors and contractors. Research and respond to inquires. Enter and update information in the database. Receive and distribute packages. Scan and file documents. Organize and track information. Assist homeowners with monthly payments and delinquencies. Other projects as assigned.
