POSITION PURPOSE:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a part time Administrative Assistant. This position provides a friendly welcome to customers as they walk through the doors and directs them to the appropriate department as well as assist in a variety of tasks. The schedule for this position would be working two to three days a week with alternating Saturdays averaging around 20 hours a week.

Requirements

• Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer/Internet skills
• Must be self-motivated

• Must act in a professional manor at all times

Responsibilities

• Professionally and pleasantly greet and direct every customer to the appropriate department.
• Answer the main phone line and transfer caller to the proper department.
• Maintain inventory for office supplies and computer software.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update as needed the brochures and brochure racks.
• Insure proper presentation and cleanliness of reception area.
• Assist and support other departments as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General/Sales Manager.
