Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
  • Administrative experience of at least 1 year is required.
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written skills.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Physically able to reach, bend, stoop, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, loud, etc.).
  • Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule may vary based upon member events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft software

Nice To Haves

  • Private/Club operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as greeter and information source to current members, prospects, guests and the general public via phone, email, and in person about the Club and amenities.
  • Provide genuine, personalized service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain member relationships and assist in day-to-day member inquiries and correspondence.
  • Welcome new members and issue membership cards.
  • Compile and distribute membership information packets.
  • Provide administrative support for the Membership Team.
  • Assist with member events as needed including attending member events.
  • Track and bill fees related to amenity passes, guest wristbands.
  • Assist with updating member accounts in membership database.
  • Obtain and update payment information; follow-up on delinquent accounts including sending required documentation.
  • Design, compile, and distribute membership communications, including newsletters, e-blasts, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies.
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to Reunion Resort & Golf Club procedures and policies.
