Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably in a banking environment
  • BA Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized and prioritization skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Polished communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to a team of 25-30 traders including Managing Directors
  • Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination both internally and externally
  • Expense processing in accordance with Nomura's policy
  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements: coordination of flights, tickets, accommodations & ground transportation
  • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper
  • Meeting/Event logistics coordination
  • Providing absence coverage to other team members as required
  • Ad-hoc projects assigned
