In this blended role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our Population Health leadership team, helping power the operations of our clinically integrated network and strengthening the reach of our Value‑Based Care programs. In addition to providing high‑level administrative support - including calendar management, meeting preparation, and communication coordination - you will: Maintain accurate and timely provider data Serve as a key point of contact for network physician groups Prepare and submit payer rosters for Value‑Based Care contracts Triage and organize communication within our shared team inbox This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, proactive, and inspired by work that elevates care quality and advances better health outcomes across our region.
