Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience as an administrative professional or executive assistant (Required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Must have experience in using a PC
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Multi-line phones

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely provider data
  • Serve as a key point of contact for network physician groups
  • Prepare and submit payer rosters for Value‑Based Care contracts
  • Triage and organize communication within our shared team inbox
  • Provides full spectrum of administrative / clerical support for the office of a Vice President.
  • Managing needs of VP including, but not limited to, calendar management, meeting preparation and minute taking, communication on behalf of VP, and presentation support.
  • Supports other leaders in the safety institute with administrative duties as able.
  • Serves as the initial phone contact and resource for resolving inquiries and requests for information.
  • Responsible for coordinating the formal and informal communications associated with the office.
  • May also greet and direct visitors to the office.
  • May provide coverage for senior management in the absence of the executive assistants.
