We are in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time, unscheduled basis (estimated to be 8 to 15 hours per month on average), to provide efficient and effective support in a variety of areas:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional administrative support experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or GSD
  • Able to work during East Coast office hours, and adjust schedule to support different time zones
  • Polished and professional demeanor, accustomed to a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  • Takes ownership of tasks and projects
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines, innate sense of urgency
  • Flexible approach to prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization
  • Service team player, no task is too big or too small

Responsibilities

  • Prepare expense reports
  • Prepare invoices, track client payments and post them in the accounting system in accordance with firm policies
  • Prepare time sheets in accordance with firm policies
  • Manage and maintain required legal paperwork and processes in accordance with firm policies
  • Any other administrative duties including preparing reports, memos and PowerPoint presentations
