Requirements

  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in the service industry
  • Pass drug and background screenings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills
  • Proficiency working with a computer, using email, and with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel
  • Ability to effectively answer and route phone calls on a multi-line system.
  • Ability to use a 10-key pad to perform data entry efficiently, accurately, and promptly.
  • Pass drug and background screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to branch personnel.
