The Center for NeuroPotential is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help optimize organizational systems within a behavioral healthcare practice. The Administrative Assistant supports systems, office operations, including billing and reconciliation, and promotes a caring and professional culture within the office. The ideal candidate is organized and efficient. First point of contact for potential new patients as well as existing patients Perform day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to emails and texts, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and insurance submission and reconciliation Collaborate with neurofeedback technicians Communicate with the clinical team Manage CRM Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers as a representative of the organization Carry out other tasks and office administration duties as needed Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Caring and professional demeanor Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 2+ years of office experience or similar work experience Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Experience with Ca RM tool is a plus
